Born and raised in Jacksonville, Sarah Stice is a fourth-generation Floridian who has called Northeast Florida home for most of her life. Today, she is thrilled to be living with her husband and their children in one of her favorite Florida cities: St. Augustine.

As a graduate of Douglas Anderson School for the Arts and a former Drawing & Painting major at Southern California’s Laguna College of Art and Design, Sarah brings a refined sense of style and design to Engel & Völkers First Coast and to its local real estate market. With nearly four decades of local, firsthand knowledge and a passion for the cultural and artistic offerings found in and around Northeast Florida, Sarah is dedicated to supporting Engel & Völkers First Coast mission to bring sophistication and beauty to the real estate industry and to elevating her customer’s real estate expectations by carefully curating every one of their real estate experiences.

In addition to her expansive local knowledge; her deep connections to and friendships with local artists, designers, restaurateurs and chef’s and culture mavens; and her love for all things Florida, Sarah also has an extensive background in boating and sailing and considers the Atlantic Ocean, the St. Johns River, and all Northeast Florida’s inter- and intracoastal waterways her second home. In fact, Sarah is a former member of an all-female sailing team that has competed extensively around the world, and her love for boating makes her especially well-suited for expanding her business into Engel & Völkers’ exclusive Yachting division.
